Could you do one of them surveys on this forum. With the question being, If the people are happy with keeping Ongame or going back to the old software or changing over to another skin ?

It would be good to see the outcome now after Ongame has had a year and 5 months ish to prove it self. Also to see if your customers are still happy with what you are offering them.

Well thats if they are even brave enough to do the survey anyway to see if there clients are happy.

I'd like to see the old software rebranded as Pokerchamps, they don't have to ditch Ongaming just keep Pokerchamps as a totally separate company. If 2 blokes could run it from their bedrooms then minimal staff could do the same. They don't have to offer unrealistic guarantees, just offer the old software that many of us grew to love.

If I wanted to play Ongaming, I could choose from 20 skins and play under a new username that nobody knows. Apart from the multi's, I hate Ongaming and play most of my games on Pokerstars.

I was never a fan of crypto although I won there.

Games have become more difficult and poker sites have evened the field ie. 20% rake for lowest stakes and changed blind structures which play as bingo. It's a lot more difficult nowadays than when it first stated. Poker sites don't want winners, they want you to churn the same cash over so they can gather the rake.

I liked the blind structure on old BF (Pokerchamps) which suited my play. I'd like to see old BF revamped and put out as a separate entity.

aint ever going to happen, they run the poker side of things as if it were an after thought so they arent going to devote any more time than is absolutely necessary to get by

Poker was an-add on to an already successful business. They hoped to corner the market with Pokerchamps but fecked up with bug ridden software instead of starting from the bottom up.

Moving from Ongaming isn't an option atm but they could still bring out the old software as a new brand and a subsidiary company.

BFPRM is off this week Johnnie so you may get a comment from him tomorrow!

For what its worth I completely agree about ongame being rubbish and will be making that view known at Betfair towers for the following reasons.

The completely unfair Essence system.
The highest rake on STT's in christendom.
Complete lack of platform stability.
Useless for feeding information so leaderboards can be updated.
Unwilling to deal or release information or refunds about collusion.
The now reduced rakeback on STT's and MTT's.

I am sure I could think of more if I tried hard enough but the above is pretty damning!

Promotions where you grind cash to qualify and don't get issued a ticket perhaps, especially ones where the final is on a Saturday and nobody is around at BF weekends to sort it out ?
