I have little sympathy with this site now. Yes they may have 6 hours its just not going to happen is it?
These PR stunts have kept many small stakes players here but now these are faltering.
Its a shame but the poker site has never been good, i only kept going this long because it had the best sports exchange and the forum was good banter.

its just not good enough.

As I said on the original thread they were well late last year, think I waited about 3 weeks before getting my voucher code.

The only crumb of comfort I can offer is that once I got the code it took about 5 minutes to order what I wanted, and off the top of my head I think it arrived either the next day or the day after that.

Also worth noting it took 888 poker nearly 2 months, and 4 chaser emails and phonecalls, to deliver a hoodie I ordered from their Rewards Store, so its not just this site.

Finally got the vouchers after a difficult and time consuming conversation with a non English speaking Indian, in customer services.

On a brighter note managed to squeeze 2 infant football kits and a kids Scotland shirt for my nephews, outta my $100 bucks.
