it is arguably the worst call ... there is a greek saying
"making a hole in water" in other words, he achieved nothing. if he had KK or AA, i might consider forgiving the call, but do calls like this not inspire you to play poker?

Irrespective of his holding he just presses fold as soon as he gets his cards and counts his money.
One of the reasons I find myself drawn to play Betfair despite all its faults, is that you still get players with no concept of what they are trying to achieve at ALL levels. In d2n, a game about taking blinds without any confrontation, limp calling is about as bad as it gets.
I remember when all d2ns were played like this mind you..happy days.

or he had you on 8 3 after the all in pre shove and his JQ looked too appealing to fold
but I think option C is more likely (he was a greek)
totally a misclick ;)or he had you on 8 3 after the all in pre shove and his JQ looked too appealing to foldbut I think option C is more likely (he was a greek)
Chip, I remember you saying that the standard is poor in those, but is it possible to make a profit taking into account 10% rake and the effects of collusion?

With rakeback its actually 7% rake, but profits are much harder to come by than in the olden days. I'm very circumspect about who I will play against. There are 4 players kicking around at present I simply wont entertain if I see them in the lobby, which is about as much as I can say without being censored.
The 30 dollar games take longer to fill than the 20 dollar games, so theres plenty of opportunity to scope the first 6 or 7 to register. Obviously if 4 or 5 of them have horrendous stats I will take my chance, but you would struggle to make much money long term.
At the moment I'm playing 6 max $20 stts and some mtts on 888, 20/30 d2ns and 10 dollar 30 mans on here, and the odd 50 dollar d2n on stars.I'm also gonna give Entraction a go at some point before Christmas. It's getting harder and harder to find soft games, but there are still enough out there if you shop around.

I have an 11% ROI on Devilfishpoker on D2N's as Perplexed (low stakes and available on Sharkscope). I played 6 seaters and while there may be cheaters, it takes 2 good cheaters to win imo. I found them easy money TBH although I hit a bit of tilt over my last 250 games which could maybe explain.

Chip, Entraction plays in Euro's which is a lot more than dollars meaning more fish at higher stakes. 27% RB which Klup can sort and RB goes into a separate account which is really handy as you don't depend on it building. I did hit tilt and have found a new cashcow, that's not to say I won't move back (or back to BF TBF)
