5)    Free Multiples Bet



·         During the course of a 12 month period a player will be eligible to receive a Free Bet Offer on our Multiples product, the amount of the offer dependent on which Players Club level they have reached in the month immediately  prior to the promotion being offered

·         All Free Bet offers on our Multiples product will be subject to the associated terms and Conditions of the specific promotion

·         Players who are self-excluded or who have an account that is suspended from Multiples will not be eligible for a Free Bet offer

·         Upcoming promotions will be communicated in the month prior to the promotion being run, it will be at Betfair’s discretion as to when the promotion will take place.

so in other words they advertise it as one of the perks of getting to another level but in reality it is rarely paid out.  surely they should make this more apparent, its just advertising something that doesn't happen.  i fulfil everything they ask but just don't want to pay it out every month.  disgrace imo
