i've qualified for this 2 months on a run due to reaching the silver status, i've never been credited with it. emailed betfair and been fobbed off saying they don't have to pay it out every month.
anyone else had a problem with this?

so in other words they advertise it as one of the perks of getting to another level but in reality it is rarely paid out. surely they should make this more apparent, its just advertising something that doesn't happen. i fulfil everything they ask but just don't want to pay it out every month. disgrace imo
