How do I get my players club benefits?

a blatant advertising con! i won't be playing betfair poker again after this.  it blatantly leads you to believe that every time you reach a certain level you will be rewarded with the benefits, but NO.
and they wonder why their shareprice and reputation are plummeting.  treat customers like cr@p.
