I pointed out that one thing you said was stupid, you took it to heart and went off on one like a woman on her period. he feels the need to have a go at me and make a name for himself so he is free to go ahead. Bigger names and bigger men than him have tried to use me to make themselves look important. By the end of the argument they always look stupid though. interpretation is key here. Because I said in a comment aimed at a friend of mine (leeh) that I someone made 6-7k a week (i didnt say every week as we all have bad weeks) and I classed him to be one of the top ten omaha players in the world he decided to say I am wrong. I wont change my oppinion as I know the person in question has played 1000 times more hands than chillin will ever play as he is sure to be out of the game soon. I never even said who the player was- chillin assumed and named him for me. he has already admitted he doesnt know anything of the player in questions background he is basing his assumptions on a few hands he has played with him at 1-2 or 2-5. I will say he is allowed to his oppinions and I have no problem with that, what I will say is I am allowed mine and he is a presumptious little sh1te for saying mine are wrong. You can have all the talent in the world but with zero BRM you are always gonna go broke, I admire a player who has great BRM. |

If I thought I could get a sensible reply I would break this post down, similar to how I did the original one, to try and explain my opinions, but you won't listen and seem to have it stuck in your head that I personally attacked you, and that the world revolves around you and I am just trying to get a name by having a go at you? Which is very hard to understand when you were the one who had the pop at me in the first place after getting your knickers in a twist. And I guessed Plonq because apart from KP he is the best player I've played with, and he fit the bill. Good read. When you have players who are maybe in the top 10 in the world at plo sat playing 1/2 plo on betfair most days clearing 6 or 7k a week without any risk you really should give it a serious try with a few simple changes to your live game. If you want to give it a go I will happily stake you lee on the condition you keep playing for me when you start winning big :) give us a rig if you are interested mate |

also it was aimed at leeh who I wouldnt mind backing as I rate him as well. Lets say I had 100k to back someone to play omaha with, would I rather give it to scott who will never lose it and make me a steady income or would I give it to milkybarkid who could win me a million.......but and its a big but he could also lose my 100k. You rate milybar higher (and ben is a good mate so I know he wont take it the wrong way and think I dont rate him) whereas i rate scott higher. you stuck your oar in and didnt try and make a name for yourself by attacking me- no you just started a thread in my name ffs. Lets just agree to differ and you go about your business of going broke for the amusement of the forum. When you do manage to go broke dont go coming on msn asking to be backed and if you get yourself in the chit again dont go looking for advice or help from me either. |

I admire scotts discipline and I wish I had 10% of it- a great player isnt just one who wins the odd big title. I stuck my oar for two reasons: 1. It is a public forum where we are meant to express opinions. I normally keep myself out of arguments, however your post really bugged me because it just seemed so nonchelaunt (sp?) for the claims. 2. I had just got in from the pub and this was the first thread I read that I genuinly thought "wtf is this" to. And therefore had to respond. I will be surprised if I am totally honest with you if you aint gone bust in the next few months unless you find some discipline Nearly all the moneys gone already anyway. I paid off all my student loand and also invested 8,000 in helping my sister get her first mortgage. - laying Man td the other day??? what a wise waste of a chunk of cash that was. That was value. That is what we play for. |
