Seems that by slashing one game's prizemoney, keeping one the same and adding a crapshoot, the name 'special' makes it all alright.

Given the exchange of emails I've had today I think there are 4 people in the poker department at Betfair. 1. Customer server. 2. Verifier. 3. Payer-outer. 4. Tourney dreamer-upper.
Unfortunately these 4 people are all on a part-time contract and none of them appear at work on the same day. They do not communicate with each other. They hate their jobs. Their knowledge of poker is on a par with my cat's knowledge of General Relativity Theory. They don't do their job very well but they are the only people Betfair can find who can be @rsed turning up to sit on a sinking ship. Some people handle their chosen profession with an air of calm, of authority, of ability - others, less so.
