seen the link - but are still quite disappointed not to find out what happened with BIFTA 3 left - where did he finish up? what was prize breakdown etc You kind of excluded philly, bifta and chelsea m from your reports ;) |

Peter was chip leader for most of the 7 card stud final table but was extremely unlucky in a huge pot with 3 left that would have all but given him the win and the Aussie Millions ring. Four cards had been dealt and he needed any club, any ace, any jack, any 7 or any 8 in the remaining 3 cards and it would have been all but over. They all blanked.

Yeah, big big shame. Guy missed a million cards with 3 to come and the eventual winner took that pot with a pair of 4's in the end. Not easy to win the biggest pot of the day with only a pair of 4's in seven card stud! If it had been holdem bif would have shoved the river and taken the pot of course but you cant do that in stud. Big shame, but Bifta was upbeat as always.
Im ok thanks - around the average with 42000 so will be a stressful day but hopefully I'll get some kind of momentum going today and who know's. Im playing ok. just getting ready to meet bifta and philly for a breakfast and we start again in about an hour and a half. Hope youre well M8 and best wishes to all. Chelsea M |

And a promise not to tell you about my bad beat in the bounty event with 80 left where I was one of the bigger stacks and an "internet whizzkid" re popped my aces all in preflop with 65 and hit 239, and 4 turn. ;-)
