hmm just missed you guys, been in Melb for the tennis but didnt get to play any poker. The casino owes me money that I lost on the f%%%ing craps table tho.
I saw Ivanovic up close along with her "group" and I tell you that along with Anna being simply stunning her mum is quite the MILF too. I can recommend Crystal from Centrefolds on King St, its a lappie not a brothel btw :) My hotel just happened to be around the corner from three lappies right next to each other, and crown was just over the road ;) Funny how life works sometimes! Gl to the guys playing, don't do your ** on the tables, esp those stupid 0/00 roulette wheels. |

Seriously......nobody cares
Big leap from snap doesn't care in my view. When I know someone I always get peed off when there are no updates. As it is I don't really care this time, but gl kunku, even though he always runs super golden whenever I play him at cash. |

ur just sh!t at cash...stick to the steady eddie MTT's Booberama

We have a Team of 26 players this year so you are bound to recognise a few aliases. Still, for those who are interested, I will be posting regular updates!

Ok so we are half way through Day 1A and so far, just one Betfair Poker player has fallen victim and quite unlucky to be honest.
El Pato, sitting in dealer position made a 5 BB raise after SB just called and BB checked. SB just flat called whilst BB folded. The flop was 7 5 3 rainbow and after SB checked, El Pato made it 5k which was once again called. The turn was a K and having been checked over once again to him, fellow BF player made it 10k and SB pushed. El Pato didn't waste time and called with pocket 7's, a flopped set. Amazingly, super fish on SB showed 6 4 off and with no help on the river, El Pato was knocked out after only the 3rd hand of the entire tourney! The other 7 Betfair Poker players are coping well and Sorel has A LOT of *****sitting in front of him after winning a massive 20k pot with a Full House. John is also surviving but following a short hot streak, the cards being dealt are far from ideal. Look out for more updates as the day goes by! |

so he is a fish for playing 64 ?
If your going to do updates then tell it how it is. Your write up is also very poor. |

This is so lol |
|
By:
LOL just seen it was 3rd hand so he is fish when 90odd% *****went in when he was huge fav.
Do us alll a favour m8........... |

You're missing the point Soap. It doesn't matter whether they're good or bad players, made good or bad plays, if they're not team Betfair and they knock one of ours out they're "Fish." Now stop knocking and get behind Team Betfair. BTW who are these people? Never heard of them apart from Kunku & Imper1um, the pros.

Last time i played poker the BB was last to act pre flop though McCoy. Seems these days BB can check option but can then be raised.

El Pato has been a betfair reg for years now, used to play under the alias of GarconT.
Nice guy and sorry hes been knocked out. gl to the rest of them. |
|
By:
obviously a typo and he raised 5x and both blinds called behind.
not a fishy play for me with 64 from the bb- so deepstacked those type hands are the ones that get you stack in the early levels. lets not chip at the guy for giving us updates and see how it pans out though. will be interesting to see if any of the team can go deep and like someone else said- ive always liked when they do updates whenever im at one of these. |
|
By:
I appreciate the updates Ariston.
Clearly I am saying they should be balanced, hardly a fish play getting greater than 90 odd % stacks in when clear fav. |
|
By:
standard cooler for me. lost count how many players ive done it too with the 64 or worse type hands and also been on the other end enough as well.
part of the game. |
|
By:
yep agree no getting away could easy be lower set.

Hey there,
Firstly, apologies for the typo but I really have been scrambling non stop for a lot of hours! Just to let you know that Day 1A is over and unfortunately, John got eliminated at the very end. Sorel, however, has over 120k in *****and I managed to get in touch with BLouFfPJ and he has also made it throght ot Day 2. NigDawG was also knocked out but all was not lost as we did have another great catch up at the bar. Someone pointed out that the aliases in Day 1A aren't really known - Day 1B is different as you for sure have heard of Annette 15, philly, bifta, WillyWonka, PressTheSix and Staalmusa :-) It's now 3am here so good night and thanks for the interest! |

Evening all, was going to update before going to bed but Forum was being upgraded I guess..
So, the good news - in the $500 PLO Event, fellow Betfair Poker player simont1 finished 6th overall so a very well done goes to him! In the Main Event, Annette made a killing and ended Day 1B with just over 72,000 ***** High Stakes players WillyWonky has also made it to Day 2 but will have his work cut out for him. After playing solid poker all day, he climbed his way up to almost 80,000 in *****but at the very end, luck turned its back on him and he lost a massive 65,000 pot. Thankfully, he ended the day just short of 30k and a player of this caliber should recover well! A very good guy by the alias PressTheSix was unfortunately knocked out early but at least could have some real fun at the Team Betfair party that we had in the evening. The 2 players that I couldn't find on the tables were philly and bifta but I promise to ask the tourney director for some details and get back to you! Till then, I would like to wish good luck to the players in Day 1C listed below: The Eagle duvie simont1 theKEYMAKER ITILTYOU2 cat corner SamBluEyes tronde chip007 Thanks, The Vegas Virgin |

Hi guys,
Soon off to bed as knackered but here is an update. Bifta has made Top 3 in the $550 Stud event so congratulations to him. Today was a bit of a bad day for Team Betfair as a lot fell victim to a combination of bad luck and being absolutely card dead. Still, ITILTYOU2 and theKEYMAKER seem to be doing well. Look out for my latest blog later on today as it will be up on BettinglBetfair shortly! Thanks for reading and please keep sending in your support to fellow Betfair players! |
