I was playing a super turbo h up the other day when i was down to about 300 *****i had ah 9s the other guy called a 4 ???
board came down kh 4c kc 4s 2c the software froze for around 5-6seconds then the result was the other player won with a flush i have requested the hand history but they will not send it with his hand on, the was no way he had 2 suited cards as i said to myself straight away split pot
Why can't i get the hand historywith his cards??
Has anybody else every had this happen???

sorry my mistake they said that he had he had a flush it wasn't A 4 IT WAS LIKE A 5 OR A 7 BUT WHY NO HAND HISTORY
I've had 2 incidents where I've thought the winning hand has not been paid. The 1st incident I can't remember, but I mentioned it at the time at the table and no one said anything, so I could of been wrong, but the second time at a cash table, I had KK and my oppo I thought made his flush draw to win, but it paid me on KK. Before I had a chance to say anything, my oppo said he thought he's made the flush and I replied, "Yes I thought that to." The pot was for about $50 and he just laughed it off. I've never known how to copy hand histories that are posted on here otherwise we would of known one way or another.
