they seem to have an awful lot of software issues on betfair- i mean a lot, i work i the industry and its a shameful service, if my site dropped off so much id fire some it staff or hire some extra, subpar sitemaintenance youd think theyd sort it out, bigger servers might be start! worse interface than ebay- they should provide us a ll with the pro api and use a program rather than a browseer for their service- trying to pack all their info into a browser window is just dumb - should develop their own gui -but then you wouldnt have tpay for bintankos then would we?

its not working , i should begin the tournament of 10 dollars and i was disconnected, and now impossible to get the table again , so my money is lost. Thats not normal to have a lot of problemes with server .

I entered a sit and go at 3.30 plus a feeder to the 5K tonight did not get to play either but in my account said i finished 7th and 3rd and did not play at all cause i could not get on we should all get refunded our money...

i hope they will give my money back too , it will be normal because the problem is coming from their server

a message from betfair in this forum letting us know would be nice! they seem not to have enough staff when the system fails, its like they dont plan for it, everyso often its gonna break so why not have protocols- or clone the system and have an emergency server back up server setuop running- i mean tyou put raid in your computers dont you? same goes for servers - 101 back em up- its called a contingency plan and is cleverer than you.

1. Sometimes you get a fatal exception reported by windows and the programme freezes has to be restarted... most annoying..

all my graphic drivers are up to date... as is my direct x... all other poker sites are fine...

2. When clicking on the call button sometimes a new window suddenly opens with a totally different tournament on it... you have to close the new window and resize the current window for it to stop...

I think the software needs debugging as it is fkin c r a p

betfair is just rubbish- most of the issues i get are buggy software and alck of server rwesponse- when theyre busy ithey dont have tghe capacity- the fatal exception error is more probly your drivers/ hardware- feed the code it gives you into a geek site or microsoft search it should give you more idea? try betfair poker in crap comp mode andf that mighht stop a conflict or two.

more likely betfunct not factored your hardware choice when they were bolting the software together as manlymatt has the same issue- we should stage a mass walkout on the poker site they night listen then- being ** doesnt do em any favours does it betfair peeps/
