Do we get out money back?

no tough luck!

it would be nice to think they will give us our money back but some of the tourneys have been played only we have not been able to play due to their problems. so an answer from betfair to the customers would be good.

i had won a pot, and the cash had been brought over to my seat and before it was credited it crashed. Now it was only a small amount $44 but still a pain in the ass.

Absolutely ridiculous that there is no method of sorting this out.
If you registered for a tourney do you get it back if not it is a sham
