Disconnection protection - would you?

Let's say you have 1 disco protection. You flop trips and have been pot betting every hand which your oppo has been calling. After the river the board has turned ugly and shows (for instance) 10d 9d 8d 7c As

Your oppo now goes all in (assume you have a reasonable amount of cash in play). Do you deliberately disconnect here to avoid having to call the bet ???
