well people staked ben

By:
very good question Rich
hence why i have asked for mentoring and staking, not just staking in the past i have performed well, i need to regain my previous levels if i get no takers thats ok by me, nothing ventured, nothing gained and all that |
|
By:
If you can afford to deposit then you don't need staking. You need to stop being lazy and do some reading & hand analysis, don't expect others to pay for your mistakes.
You are offering the staker absolutely nothing other than a guaranteed loss of their capital. Read the post back to yourself and ask 'Would I take a chance on this person & what is the likely outcome?' And for that reason I'm oot! |

wot stakes do u normally play, how many hours do u plan to play? and do u tilt much?
|
|

and screenames?

wot stakes do u normally play? i dont have a fixed level, i have played as high as 10-20NL and as low as 1c-2c, i think i feel most comfortable playing 0.5-1 NL, $10-$30 STT and MTT
how many hours do u plan to play? my shift pattern is complicated and tiring, i dont play when on shift, i play on my rest days, of which i have on average 10 per month, in these days i would normally play approx 3-4 hours per day, 30-40 hours per month and do u tilt much? well, no, i dont think i do anymore. i have played for 6 years now, i have played the WSOP main event in 2004 where i met good old Dave Shallow, i had only been playing about 6 months at that point. i have won a seat onto a TV game last year where i managed to get HU (with the eventual winner) where i ran out of cards and ran out of game after misscounting my *****and thinking the 5ks were worth 10k. i have been on both ends of bad beats too man times to tilt when they happen, but i dont use any analysis softwre so i dont know if i am above or below the EV line perhaps it is the fact that i play for entertainment as opposed to for a living that has caused my game to suffer or lag behind the learning curve. when i first started to play i made a good amount of money playing cash then i moved onto STT and MTT and was, in an arbboy stylee, usually on the leaderboards on the old crapto MTT however, the past 2-3 years i have found myself going wrong and, at best, breaking even in all disciplines of the game probably not endearing myself to any potential backers, but i am, if nothing else, a nice guy, and i do think that with a little guidance i could be put back onto the winning track bit of a ramble i know, appologies |

most important thing u can do mick is to get HEM. all the regs use it and if you arent its almost impossible to beat the game over any sort of volume. its essential for self analysis and also for monitoring your opponents play

If you've got skills you shouldn't need to rely on anything but yourself. lol
|

I use no programmes, prefer to use instincts.
|
|
By:
fine u be happy to play on instinct. if you ever want to really look at your own game and find leaks you need HEM simple. you could be winning 6bb/100 but with a little leak plugging up that to 10bb/100.
if youa re going to play cash then u need HEM simple. Anyone who doesnt use it is costing themselves money. best $60 u will ever spend (hell use the free 15 day trial and see what it can do for you before u buy it- i dont know a single person who has used the 15 day trial then gone naaaah i dont need it). |

2 things
1. Ari - Is HEM better than pokertracker? 2. Staking for Mick. Great honesty and this should be a plus for any potential backer. This isn't for me as I don't fancy the mentoring but I would just like to say Mick is a good bloke and a good player and will probaby make someone a decent return here. |
|
By:
HEM way way better than tracker keith- worth the $60 trust me
|
|
By:
