well if they arent refunding those already eliminated then they have to, otherwise its just a big con.
So if I had 8K and another player had 1K we get equal refunds?

dont understand how i can only be refunded my buyin in a game where someone was already eliminated. surely the buy in of the eliminated player has to be distributed between those left in ?

I was playing around two hours ago in a d2n tourney and the site went down for 15 mins. Then all of a sudden it started to llok good again but the play did resume at 100-200 level and i was forced to go allin without having the chance to play the early levels.
Of course they should refund me and all the other players that were eliminated because of that. It's not that they stopped the tournament there, they just let it restart without any sense.

I don't think the players already out should get anything.
Yeah i also agree with that. But the problem is that i was not out, as well as the other players in my d2n. We just could not play for 15 minutes, it looked like everything was crashed. Then the play resumed for one hand, after which we had another 5 minutes crash. In the next hand i was the big blind and the blinds were 100-200 and i was forced to go allin. Of course i was damaged by the position (big blind) and the 20 minutes stoppage. If the play stopped when the problems started, no one would have been out but the software crashed and betfair did not interrupt the game, instead the play restarted 15 mins later and we totally missed the early blind rounds.
I was not out, i was forced out because the game was not stopped right when the software crashed. How can't they refund me?? One thing is being already out after having played, another thing is still being in and getting out because blinds go up without the chance of playing and the game restarting. Sure i have already asked for a refund and i hope they will give it to me as well as the other players involved.
