Knew what this was gonna say before i even read the post m8.

My m8 had same probs for months b4 he eventually changed to a diferent provider, they were coming out with all sorts of excuses eg ( its not our fault its the fault of bt whose lines we use) or we are having probs sending enough megs at mo and it will be put right in the near future.

My advice to you m8 would be to change your provider asap and stop the headaches. gl.

you playing on ip oker?

Talktalk/aol is well known for restricting access to ip oker. Given they do that, then I wouldn't be surprised if they fked you over in other ways too.

get a new provider ... or ditch the kids!

been with talktalk 3 years now and i find them 95% reliable, i had problems like u did but it wasnt the internet connection it was my computer due to alot of corupt files and what not, i wiped my hardrive clean and re-intsall everything every 12-16months and it runs like a well oiled machine, let me ask u a question when u start up your pc does it take forever to boot up? does ur pc run slow when running applications? i just serviced my brother pc and he says it runs 10 times faster now and doesnt get disconnected like he used to do.
