Help Needed!! Betfair is so slow!

Since the last upgrade i cant seem to get the software to run as it should.
Its freezing for atleast 30secs at a time and im missing so many hands.
Customer services said it was to do with vista updates?
I have tried all the things betfair have told me and i have no more vista updates to do.

Anyone have any ideas please?
