Why does the "Remember Folded Cards" function only work when it wants to..

Not sure ... mine is no longer availble. I just look at last hand for the info.

mine will always disappear in stts when a player goes all in.

some hands it does some it dont... confused

I have the same problem.....it works intermittently

Sometimes you can get it to work when you back into preferences and click the option on/off and click on restore defaults.

Seems always to go wrong when multi-tabling and its a real nuisance. If anyone has a permanent**please let me know!

YEA WORKED FINE TILL LAST BETFAIR UPGRADE THEY FECKED UP AGAIN REMEMBERS SOME BUT DONT WORK MOST OF TIME

I contacted betfair about this. This was the response:

Further to your query, please be advised that our technical department are already looking into the Folded Cards option and the malfunction of it at this time.

We are hoping that the**for this will be implemented in a future upgrade.

Hasn't worked since the Betafir Greek Players Group advised them that they never looked at the cards before they bet anyway - and that software remembering them was a redundant feature.
