The site is just buggered cause they mess around with the guarantees too much and don't do enough to improve the software. When they get questuioned they try the 'let's blag it' approach.
They don't even have a decent mtt anymore. |

Ok, there are some fair comments here. I'm sure you can appreciate that in any technology driven industry, technical errors and indeed human error means things can and will go wrong. It's not always apparent but I think its important to say where problems do occur, we try to rectify them as quickly as possible and take measures to ensure it doesn't happen again. So, what did we do right in 2009, come on there must be something, lets have a top 5 for that... I'll start you off: 1. Aussie Millions points qualification - genuinely the best value qualification route anywhere on the net. 2. Free Million Dollar Game - Winning $1,000,000 at the WSOPE absolutely free can't be bad. 3. ? 4. ? 5. ? What do you want see in 2010? Absolutely anything you can think of, doesn't matter how small. Also bear in mind it's a world cup year.... BF Santa Aussie million promo has been farcial at times. Having been advertised for two weeks as reaching level 4 on betfairs website it turns out I wasn't yet on level 4. I email betfair who send me an email with all my points which is 30,000 less. So I finish the difference yet still am not on level 4, contact good old betfair and it turns out they accidently added 4000 too many points to the new total so the weekend before christmas I am stuck indoors because I am a few points short. They wouldn't even let me off the last few thousand points. Yes a wonderful promotion. I am glad my name is not monacoter as betfair would not let me off 2000 points due to their numerous errors what chance he gonna have being 50,000 odd short. |
