I should be more active in forum to at least show some signs of life, but I hope you can understand these are critical times as I try to get my head around all of the issues we face.
I am following the comments carefully, and selfishly using them as a guide to move things forward.
I can promise you that we are listening, and this is not lip service. I hope you can appreciate that Betfair have recruited me for a specific purpose, and that is to progress Betfair Poker in every aspect.
The next few months you will see evidence of our new direction, but it wont be dramatic. In 9-12 months you will see dramatic changes!
In the meantime we will continue to listen and implement changes, and we greatly appreciate people like yourself taking the time to point us in the right direction. I guess the proof will be in the pudding as they say!

I think Betfair are going in the right direction granted
very slowly.
If they could take on some of Mavis's suggestions and
maybe start some tournys during the day with decent
guarantees and entrance fee.
At the moment only tournys I play are 15k 20k 50k and sats

Well done Mavis, you steadfast refusal to get a reply is to be applauded.
Unfortuntely it is exactly what was said 12 months ago but it is a good reply used by thousands of businesses to buy themselves more time.

i hope betfair get their act together i have been with betfair since their cripto days and still play on cripto now , but cripto is becoming a ghost town so far betfair and ukbetting have jumped ship and at the end of this month pokerplex and littlewoods are set to leave the sinking ship that is cripto,ladcrooks are set to merge/join micro.gaming
i would welcome a british company like betfair going on to take on full.tilt and poker.stars in the global market( american law allowing )
at the moment traffic is to low but that could change with the right strategy from betfair

Deja vu for me, heard it too many times before.
Since bruce has taken over the place has gone down hill. Infact nearly EVERY aspect of the poker side of betfair has got worse apart from the software which has improved.
Improved software and stability but now no customers to play on it because they have chased them all off.
cakeback should be given as standard for any stake player promotions should be spread across all areas of the poker client base, low rewards for low rakers, high rewards for high rakers and OCCASIONALLY a big reward available to all.
Stop wasting time and money on promotion the WSOPE to us, none of us are interested.
