Anyone know how long it takes for funds to arrive if you withdraw by card? Think I did on on Sat, it says instant after 48 hours but I guessed around the same time as betfair a few days but still not received anything.

Depends on the bank involved. Direct bank transfer probably easier / quicker (?)
Usually 3 working days after Full ilt approve it... so if u have it approved on a tuesday ... it should show friday
