Hoping to keep my good run going tonight by taking on the favourite in the 8.00 at Kempton, Arctic Lynx trading at 4.0 on the Betfair market at the moment. Arctic Lynx has three strong opponents tonight who can more than give him a good race and racing from stall 9 at Kempton over six furlongs makes life more than just a little difficult and he is well worth taking on in my opinion tonight.

Aegean King has been well backed, but 4.1 is far too short about a horse who has yet to win a race, is coming back from a 520 day lay off and is taking a drop in distance. Probert has not had many rides for this yard and I think this one is too short and worth taking on.

In the 2.45 at Southwell, a Seller by name and a selling race by nature. There are one or two in this race that look better treated than the likely short priced favourite Ingelby Arch, namely Transonic and perhaps Zomerlust as well and Imprimus Tagula is also capable of taking this on his day. Three decent ones in opposition. At the odds of 3.05 he looks worth taking on here.

I'm opposing one today at the all weather venue at Wolverhampton, this horse has been running quite well of late but his overall profile on Poulytrack, despite finishing second at Kempton recently, is not that convicning for me. Argentine has appeared 11 times on Polytrack and has just 2 places to his name. Trainer ian Semple has just a winner from 31 runners on the all weather this last year or so and 0 from 24 at this course, his previous half decent record on the all weather is far in the distance these days.
