How long before we get a cyling forum?

Given the way BF operate nowadays, I'm not that sure MC.

My mutlicolour Giro preview is well underway. Already had all my photos approved, just putting it together now.

Looking forward to it mate -- will contribute when you're underway as I'm still working on Romandie. Already have one for the Giro at a big price which looks promising, but Quintana is riding against inferior opposition, and -- as you say -- he should win it quite well with such a good team riding exclusively for him, as long as he avoids injury and/or illness. SP.

anybody got any idea why Quintana is so short? (not literally, but in the outright market)

he's by far the best climber, and the third week is full of mountain stages where he is expected to make up a lot of time on everyone else.

Q. The "other sports" forum is basically only used for cycling, and some of the threads on there are amongst the best anywhere on the forum. Please would it be possible create a cycling section of the forum, so that other users would be able to locate the cycling-related threads more easily?
A. The forum categories have recently been condensed down a few months ago, with some removed due to the lack of activity within those categories. However, we’re always open to adding new categories if there is not only interest, but they generate a good level of activity within the forum. We’d be happy to add Cycling as its own category for a trial period, and should the activity be of an acceptable level, we’d be happy for it to remain as a permanent fixture.

Nice work MC, sounds promising, and it'd be nice if it happened prior to the Tour.

...and as for that poor lad SELIK on "scores" - he will be almost 'beside himself' (in more ways than one).

Not sure I want to leave anyone behind, don't like people to be lonely. Mixed Martial Arts forum members have always been good neighbours, in fact more than one have dropped in on the cycling chat and got involved a little with asking questions. And I admire Selik's project, I don't know if I understand it, but I admire it all the same, and will look in on it just to make sure he doesn't feel lonely, actually.

Anyway, I expect this place to be an alternative cycling forum should the football-forum-style nonsense such as drinking games drown out non-phish talk! SP
