The Ref is a homer.  A cheatin BARSTEWARD.  Anderson clearly touches the tapes

The sport is a DISGRACE.  How can the ref demote the Coventry rider when he touch the tapes but doesn't when Anderson does the same in heat 15.

I cannot believe that Anderson wasn't punished in Heat 15.
