Sadly, not a chance.  They never put the markets up early enough and will no doubt argue uncertainty over runners with doubts over doping etc.

When I logged on this morning there was a banner on the Home page inviting me to bet on the Tour de France.

It would be a fascinating, though probably illiquid, market and in practice no more uncertain than many ante-post horse markets.  However, Betfair couldn't manage to put the Stage market for a KEY alpine stage last week (the one when A Schleck shot clear) until after 9pm on the previous evening, so I doubt Betfair would oblige.

However, nothing ventured, nothing gained so why don't you email them and ask.

You'd be brave or foolish to put money up without knowing what the route and format is going to be.
