Sadly, not a chance.  They never put the markets up early enough and will no doubt argue uncertainty over runners with doubts over doping etc.

It would be a fascinating, though probably illiquid, market and in practice no more uncertain than many ante-post horse markets.  However, Betfair couldn't manage to put the Stage market for a KEY alpine stage last week (the one when A Schleck shot clear) until after 9pm on the previous evening, so I doubt Betfair would oblige.

However, nothing ventured, nothing gained so why don't you email them and ask.
