Put £500 on Andy at 7/5 the other week £100 on Frank at 6/1, yes with better timing i could be laughing but in what i see as a 3 horse
race now i'm wondering after thinking yesterday i was getting nothing back should i back Cadel and guarentee a return even if i do take
a loss if Cadel or Frank wins because something is better than nothing, my worry with Andy is he's knackered from today, i think he has
to sit on Cadels wheel until the last few km's of D,Huez and try and scalp some more time, Frank has a lot to find and Cadel could make
it back on the TT ???

Cadel did a hell of a lot of work today, assuming tomorrow will be the same as Frank attacks and Andy sits on Evans' wheel shaking his head.
I find it hard to see how Evans can be a shorter price tomorrow night and there is a chance he blows(small chance) I would wait until tomorrow night and decide then.
2 days on the limit in the Alps could blunt Evans somewhat in the ITT, just my opinion of course.

If it were me i would not be backing Evans at current price.Let the bets ride imo.
Might be a good idea to watch the stage live tomorrow though, evans might become a more attractive price during the stage.

if a tired Andy manages to sit on Evans' wheel up to the last k he will probably gain a few seconds with a final kick just like Franck did today

Hey guys, just a quick question. Ive an accum goin on another site involving a couple of tdf match bets. One of them is Evans to beat Wiggins 2/5, just wondering does anyone know if this bet will be classed as a win or voided now seeing as Wiggins had to retire? Thanks.
Report MeatIsMurder July 21, 2011 10:26 PM BST
It's a win mate, as long as Evans doesn't retire I would assume.

Nice one, thanks.

What a result, put a decent lay on Andy at 1.5 and as it took 5 seconds to be placed it got filled at 1.4 so bet covered and it
only cost me a few hundred pounds so i can sit and watch the TDF
in pleasure :-))

Did yer back Evans? Touched 5 on here when Scleck went away with Contador.

He actually went double figures as i was watching, i felt the better option at the time was to lay Schlek at 1.5
but as it went though i got 1.4 so i laid him again with the spare money, i was just saving myself incase Contador
did a Landis otherwise i could have backed Evans with the money and got a far greater return, in the end i lost
about £100 overall, it still feels like i have won and had i not laid off yesterday i would have a zero return
instead of about £600
