Starting with UFC 129, the UFC have brought forward by one hour their cards. So, in the UK, the main card will now start at 2am and finish around 4.30am-4.45am.
This news is a few days old but worth highlighting. They've done it for the East Coast of the US but it also benefits the UK.
It's also worth noting that the clocks have gone forward in the US but haven't yet so in the UK. So this weekend's UFC 128 will be (in UK time):
Midnight: Facebook fights: Almeida v Pyle and Pellegrino v Tibau
1am: Prelims live on ESPN: Cane v Marshall and Barboza v Njokuani
2am: Main card
