The third and final leg of the UFC's March Madness takes place in the early hours of Thursday morning, April 1st, at 3am.
The new season of TUF, Season 11 with Chuck and Tito coaching, airs straight after the show.
Ken Flo is almost certainly the 2nd best Lightweight in the world, a place his opponent Takanori Gomi occupied for a bit of time a few years back. In fact, some would say from 2004 to 2005 Gomi was number 1 in the world. Unfortunately he hasn't been the same fighter since Nick Diaz made him tap to a stunning gogoplata in Pride. Gomi's cardio has been suspect on occasions in the past and his skill level has gone south in the last few years. However fighting in the UFC has been a dream of his and he may have rededicated himself for the cause, but he'll have needed to have done. He was on the receiving end of two straight losses - one of them a monumental upset - that ended his association with Sengoku when he lost his belt. Gomi seems to have been around forever, but he is actually younger than the more inexperienced Florian. Ken Flo is on top of his game though and is on his way back to BJ. I can't have Gomi here at all. His wild-child style of throwing huge looping hooks and rushing in will allow Florian to pick some good angles with his Muay Thai and give him ample opportunity to take him down if he wants to go there. Gomi's also completely fallen off the radar for a reason. He's went 3-2 vs 5 bums in the last 2 years.
1/3 on Kenny is value
Will be back on tomorrow with some stuff on the very interesting co main event - Big Country vs Skyscraper.
And lets hope Nate Quarry's fight with Jorge Rivera is half as exciting as his last fight at UFN 19 - that's one of my favourite fights of all time. T'was incredible! Check it out:
Pearson looks really good. Anyone know of a decent stream not using aznsport on sopcast? It's raining here so I can't receive ESPN sports (nearly as bad as setanta :( )

When the lights go back on then The Undertaker will be stood in the octagon with Big Country and Struve on the floor. Then Jeff Hardy jumps in and...well, you get the picture.

when the lights go up, both men will be laying motionless on the floor of the ring and the spotlight will be fixed on the undertaker, who will have dana white in his grasp and immediately choke slam him.
then the music will play.

I do wish we didn't have to wait a few days in between it being shown in the US and here. Do you have a link? I had a look earlier but couldn't find one.

Nice treble in for me,was never really in doubt. Big fat Roy is under rated, kenny confirms himself as the 2nd best LW in the ufc and another promising performance from Pearson, dominated a tricky opponent.
Interesting to see who Roy and Pearson's next opponents are,any ideas?

Ok lads, been away a few days watching liverpool :-(
some good fights, disappointed with Rock and Gomi's performances, both very lack lustre
Nelson looked very good and agree with tp - nelson/mir would be a very good fight to make next
Kenflo was too good and is the only conceivable danger to BJ
Pearson's coming along nicely and Okami shows he is still the most underrated fighter at 185/UFC/world MMA
cannot wait for 112 to watch the greatest ever again :-)
