Texas Rangers @ Boston Red Sox

A difficult one to get hold of - the Red Sox are usually clutch, but the Yanks put them away in their recent series to cut Boston's lead to just half a game in the AL East. That said, Miller has been tough recently, and I get the feeling they'll win tonight.

However, Holland has won six of his last seven decisions and has posted a 3.26 ERA during a 10-start stretch that started on July 7. He threw three shutouts during that span and pitched into the ninth inning four times. His record against Boston is good enough and that possibly tempers the urge to lump on the Red Sox at the price.

The Totals is a difficult one too, if only because Holland occasionally falls over (3, 10, 7 runs given up L3) and so it's a bit of a crap shoot to go Under (my preference here) against a line up that can hit (Boston are hitting lefties at a .312 clip at home).

This should be a great game, that is absolutely critical to both teams, and I'd like to take an interest, so I'll plump on balance for the home favourite - not my bet of choice in general, but I have a feeling for the Red Sox, and I'll also have a touch on Unders and hope these two pitchers continue their good form.
