Actually next week too if they make the play offs, as surely he needs to win one of those games, instead of being blown out in the first round as usual.
Potentially he and/or John Harbaugh could be gone after this week's AFC North decider.
For Pitt, both they and Tomlin probably need a fresh start. This year they seemed to go for a final roll of the dice with the Metcalf trade (not really Tomlin's usual way of operating) and it hasn't worked. There has been talk for a year or two of another team trading for Tomlin but they surely can't hang on too long waiting for a bid.
For Baltimore, it might be a question of choosing to keep Harbaugh or Lamar Jackson. Jackson is obviously a PITA to deal with despite the obvious talent and has had a bad year (so far). Harbaugh seems to be getting fed up having to deal with that but he is also questioned for a few things (e.g. having Cooper Rush play multiple games instead of Huntley). If push comes to shove it's a lot cheaper to move on from the head coach that the QB.

If and when the Texans D wrecks the game next week Rodgers will probably retire and Tomlin will leave and move into a role with one of the big networks as an analyst.
I can't see how the Ravens could let Jackson out of the door, there is all this speculation about his unprofessionalism but they'd surely have to change the coach and try to deal with that rather than let Jackson go, he's a special QB, they could let Harbaugh go and be successful elsewhere but surely couldn't see Jackson thrive somewhere else.

Harbaugh now gone. Probably becomes the top HC candidate.
Hopefully for the Ravens a new HC that Jackson approves of will keep him onside and he'll play nice over his contract. Even after a down year he holds all the cards with only 2 (very expensive) years left on the contract, they can't franchise tag him and they can only trade him on his approval.
