Even without the flags Mahomes would still be stood there for forever and a day waiting for someone to get open so he could throw them the ball.

Makes a refreshing change for Mahomes to be on the receiving end. They still couldn't help themselves throwing the flag when he was pushed 2 yards in bounds (force of habit?) but were forced to not only pick up the flag but rule that his knee was down before the ball was thrown.

Makes a refreshing change for Mahomes to be on the receiving end watched 2 chiefs games in full this year bills & thanksgiving...both games egregious refereeing against the chiefs imo |

Wasn't it dumb that the Eagles went for a 2pt conversion when down 15?
I now they were gonna need an 8pt score but 7pts there would have put huge pressure on the Bears drive, 6pts it was all over. |

Yeah I'd agree with that.
The argument that I've heard made previously for going for 2 when down by 15 is that you then know what you've got to do - i.e. if you end up missing the 2 pt try and needing two scores then you have the advantage of knowing that and can adjust accordingly. However that surely only works when there is quite a lot of time left on the clock which wasn't the case here. |
