I thought that Allen got the yard but what I don't understand and definitely feeds the conspiracy theory for me is that out of the two judges involved, one who Allen was facing and more importantly would have had line of sight on the ball was the one who gave him the yard, the other judge only had eyes on Allen's back and he didn't give him the yard.
So my question is why out of the two did they go with the judge who had least claim on actually having the best idea on what had happened. If they had gone with giving him the first down it wouldn't have been changed either. |
