This game is going to be played in sub-zero temperatures at Lambeau that will feel colder still in the breeze with the potential for sleet throughout.

That suggests it might be the teams' respective running games that come to the fore, which probably favours the Titans and negates any advantage through the air that Rodgers may hold over Tannehill.

Overall on form this year, there is every chance that Tennessee are just a better unit than Green Bay, and they have shown themselves (again) well-suited by grinding out lowish scoring, tight-game victories.

Neither side is free-scoring, so the fact that the Titans have a more efficient defense than the Packers, and don't haemorrhage points in the same way should stand them in good stead here.

The predictor (3-3 now, still in profit, whatever) has this as: Tennessee Titans 21-17 Green Bay Packers, so the selection is Tennessee to win with current odds of a bit better than 6/4 widely available.

For the record, there were two potential Predictor games I could have gone with this week - the other being Chicago Bears 28-26 Atlanta Falcons.

Just posting this so you can all share my pain if/when the Titans lose and the Bears win!

Good call. It used to be a virtual certainty but if Rodgers can't even win at Lambeau in December any more then maybe it's time for all parties to move on

I think they are just a much weaker team this year than we are used to seeing.

As divisive a character as Rodgers is, there's only so much he can do and the management have repeatedly failed to invest in or focus on the offense. I can see why he'd be p!ssed off - his motivation must be waning and other future options for him - on the pitch or away from it - become increasingly attractive.

The lack of depth at Lambeau now means the impact of him personally having a below-average game (like yesterday) is going to be another loss for the team, and they could easily wind up 7-10 or worse for the season...

Great call NV on the Titans, GB now 4-7 for the season.
