You can't assume they would make 4th down - its about 50% conversion rate. The second one was quite long for a 4th down. I think their only chance was to keep in touch and hope the defense could stop, or get a turnover.
As I said earlier, if they can't stop them then it doesn't matter if they go for it or not. They'd still lose. At some stage to beat the Chiefs you have to positive - positive in the sense your defense can come up trumps. Forget getting into a shoot-out with them.

Damn tried to take all the 50 for Bills in SB market when the pick happened but only got 11p of it.

I get what you mean Wallflower. I think you also have to be pragmatic and assume you need a certain number of points and against the Cheifs that number is going to be decent. You have to accept that you will need to take risks and if those risks don't pan out you will lose the game. At the same time you have to also understand that without taking the risks, you are going to lose.
This isn't 2 even teams against one another, it's a very good team vs an all-world team. Playing safe is not playing at all.

I get the maths - but there is also the situation.
For example, last week - the Chiefs shouldn't really have gone for it at the end of the game. I thought it was a bad move. So did Andy Reid !! He said he wanted to punt, but he checked with Bienemy and he had the play. Reid said ok. They were confident.
As you said, all team are not equal, seems to me the Bills didn't have the 'play' for the situation that they were confident in. A good running team probably have a better chance.

even Usain Bolt might struggle to keep tabs on that KC Offense..they are just lights out rapid plus Kelce is absolute money for Mahomes..very special unit..exhilirating,explosive and their D played better as well..just a clinic
