The XFL is a planned professional American football league owned by Vince McMahon's Alpha Entertainment, and is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. It is the successor to the previous XFL, which was controlled by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and NBC, and ran for a single season in 2001. The league will follow a similar structure as the original XFL did in 2001, with eight teams, centrally owned and operated by the league (as opposed to the franchise model, with each team having different ownership groups) and spread across the United States in markets currently or recently represented by a National Football League (NFL) franchise, competing in a ten-game season and a two-week postseason in the winter and spring months, after Super Bowl LIV.

In announcing the reformed XFL, McMahon stated that while it would share its name and trademark with the previous incarnation, it will not rely on professional wrestling-inspired features and entertainment elements as its predecessor did, instead aiming to create a league with fewer off-field controversies and faster, simpler play compared to the NFL.

cleveland just completely whiff

Probably just as well the Browns RT jumped.  Can't believe they were going to go for it from the 4 yard line. 11th time lucky ?

DEFENCE BEBY

McCoy was past Bahktiari before he even got out of his stance

Yeah, Packers getting some generous calls all season.

Packers making some spectacular plays

Yep fully agree...

I was agreeing with the generous calls post..

Anyone know what Saints SP was ?

Colts geriatric kicker shanks another one

How many missed extra points today ? Must be at least 6

Vinateri has missed 6 extra points this season.

What is the record?

jesus christ 6! hes lucky hes getting paid to do that for a living

Rodgers looking pissed off with his defence

Going for 2 ?

you know it makes sense.

Packers gonna blow this ?

Caleb Sturgis managed to miss 6 out of 15 for the Chargers last season.  I think 7 might be the record (over a full season)

Something derisory, I saw 1.16 at around 1700, but couldn't say how much was matched or if it went any lower than that.

Safety Mason Rudolph

Thanks Milla

Three man rush on 4th and ten ..is Capers back in the house

didnt get in, game over

Looked like a TD to me

Need goal line technology

Preston Smith offsides call was terrible....

That's twice this season McCaffrey has had the ball at the goal line on the last play of the game and failed to get in

Goff has gone at the game

cowgirls getting tore a new one here

Good Game.

Cousins disappeared after the 1st quarter. Dalvin Cook was good.

Dak was brilliant, Elliot was hopeless.

24-24 OT

Wow Wilson makes 3rd & 16

49ers have a 47 yd FG for the win

It was a shocker

tie all bets void

Seattle 3 and out

Jimmy G 3 and out

Another chance for Seattle.

3 possessions in OT must be q rarity.

21 yard run Wilson

Seattle gonna have a short FG for the win

Yep

Yes we have a winner

what a game !

GN pal

Seattle 27-24

nite

morning even

Can see 49ers losing another 3 or 4 before end of the season

Some worrying signs for 49ers Superbowl backers the way Garropolo struggled to put the team on his back when the run game wasn't flowing...i get that he was without Kittle and Sanders missed the majority of the game but you'd still like to see more from the QB position...

what a game this was! loved it. Russell Wilson was immense

Garropolo has been better than I thought he would be this season.  There was that infamous training camp practice when he threw 5 straight picks .  He did pretty much carry the offense against Arizona last week.  Major accuracy issues last night although not helped by numerous dropped balls. Without the injuries they probably scrape through that game unbeaten

A tremendous game but can't help thinking that 49ers missed a trick and should have taken the tie at the end.

Would have left them 2 games in front of Seattle

Hindsight is a great thing
