Considering how many analysers/coaches there are and how much they get paid, the amount of sh1t calls is amazing

Whoever in falcons coaching staff made decision to start throwing the ball with 3.30 left, 8 points up in field goal range should never coach again in NFL...

Outstanding game that was today. Brady deserves all the accolades, he was gargantuan in the second half, playing out of his mind. Never seen a performance like that in a Super Bowl. Was watching in a bar with about 500 or so people and I think everyone knew the Pats would get there somehow when Edelman made that insane catch.

First ever SB to go to overtime, and let's hope it's the last with the current O/T rules. I really don't know why they persist with what everyone knows is wrong, I despise that a coin toss is so influential in the biggest game of all.

I done over 59 points, thought I'd lost because it was 28-28 at ft but different rules than our footy apply regarding extra time.

Pure madness padlock and everyone thinks so. Search NFL overtime rules on Twitter and see how many posts you have to go through to find a supporter of the NFL's overtime rules. Hopefully now that this has happened this serves as the catalyst for change.

did they change it? im sure you just needed a field goal to win it outright in sudden death.

I've never been one for conspiracy theories but that game was scripted . Fantastic , dramatic , but clearly all arranged beforehand in order to maximise world interest in america's sporting showpiece .

Don't really follow American football or watch apart from super bowl where I have the odd flutter, in terms of comebacks how impossible was that this morning, every single thing seemed to go in Patriots favour, 28=3 down late in 3rd quarter and manage to tie match then go on to win in extra time. In terms of a soccer match what would be the equivalent in comebacks, one team leading 3-0 with 10 mins to go or worse than that?
