what a Poxy Service by Betfair

Started trying to place an NFL multiple on Betfair Sportsbook at 5.10pm, after 20 minutes of not being able to place the bet I phone them , all to no avail and no help.. So I try to place the Bet again, but it still wont go through.. So I phone Betfair again asking them to place the bet for me they say they cant do it.. By now its 6pm and too late to get the bet on.. I ask the customer service to make a note of the bet that I wanted, they said they cant do it ... so I e-mailed them stating the teams that I wanted, so I could say in no doubt that the teams I wanted won or not when I phone them to complain.... Needless to say they all Kopped... I wonder what Bollox they will tell me tomorrow when I complain .
