One play that has puzzled me since the GB/SEA game was the declined personal foul by GB when Wilson was sacked and the OL flopped on the GB defender, maybe Matthews.
It left them 2/28 I think but why wasn't the 15 yards automatically tagged on the end as they always seem to be rather than declined - and if they had accepted it would the sack not have counted ?
