For a bit of HT fun if people were putting up their 5 best QB's this season (lets just say during the regular season for arguments sake) who would they be?For me: -RogersRomoBradyBig BenPeyton ManningWhat do people think of Russell Wilson? I think he is more than just a game manager or is he just an Alex Smith with Legs?

Just my opinion but keeps plays alive after the pocket collapses with his mobility.  Never thought I would see a player who is below 6 feet tall being such a great QB but he does it repeatedly.

If he wins another Super Bowl this year without Tate and with recievers who are above average at best he will cement his place as a great. The defence is brilliant as always, but while people say defence wins championships they wouldn't win with me as the QB Laugh. He deserves a lot of credit.

Nice stats/data Texas. Where is Miles Austin these days - pulled his hamstring somewhere else?

Fair comments Texas. Yes Wilson impresses me the more I watch him - I think some people just dislike him because he's under 6 foot as he's different!

Actually feel sorry for the guy given the amount of criticism thrown at him and what he has had to do over the years, just look at the state of Drew Brees this season with a dodgy offensive line.People say he is a bottler but in 2006-2015 no QB has a better 4th quarter QPR rating than Tony. Admittedly he is not the best but the criticism he receives is way over the top.And also his playoff TD to INT stats are misleading. An interception doesn't have a * beside it but if it did beside romo it would read something like thisINT: Miles Austin bobbles a catch he should have taken INTINT: Offensjve line collapse leads to a forced throw and an INT.

What I mean by this is last week Ryan Lindley started for the Cardinals and threw an INT on the cards final offensive play.
Keuchly got a fingernail to the ball and deflected a sure TD and it turned into an INT.

His career play off stats will say 1 TD 2 INT's but it won't come with a star saying

1TD 2INTs, 2 millimetres from 2 td's one INT.*

Fair. Anyone else still watching the game? Interesting if the Panthers can get some more points on the board with this next drive.

No, I wish, Dublin Ireland..... I only wish because it's such a pain watching American sport this late at nigh. I often wish I could go back and decide to support teams from a state on the east coast rather than West......

Every time Texas Rangers or Houston Astros play a baseball game it start at 3 am and doesn't finish until 5.30- 6.00 am.

If you have seen the very early season episode of the Simpsons where Homer Simpson request to own The Dallas Cowboys but instead he is given ownership of the Broncos and he cries....

"The Dencpver Bronco'sCryCryCry"

His wife says, "it's still a pro football team Homer" and he tells her,   You don't understand football Marge.

For me it was the opposite, I was 7 yrs old and asked for a Denver Jersey, I got a Dallas Jersey and instead of saying no that's the wrong one I decided don't make a fuss and just support Dallas from now on.

It goes to show what is great about American Football, that things change so quick ( I know 15 years doesn't seem quick but in European football in 15 years it will still be Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man Utd and Bayern Munich competing for trophies)
With American Football no matter how bad your team might be this year they can turn it around over the next 3 years with one or two good draft picks.

Back in 1997, without internet shopping it was a lot more difficult to even find an NFL Jersey in Ireland let alone the right team, so instead of moaning that it wasn't the Jersey I wanted I just decided to switch allegiances LaughLaugh

It seemed like such a great decision too with Dallas at that time the most successful team.

If I was to move stateside it would be to Texas though as they have the most sports teams in that area. Plenty of Texas College teams and in pro Sports I can't think of another area who would have so many, maybe New York.

I still have belief in Kaepernick. He has got cained a lot but I just think he has been repressed this season at the 49ers and their whole setup/atmosphere has bogged him down. I feel he needs a change and agree the Eagles would be ideal, I think Kelly would embrace him and allow him to play with a swagger which he didn't really show this season.

You would rather live in Houston or Dallas than NY? Miami? Chicago? All have loads of sporting options.

I wouldn't mind Miami but a lot of their teams struggle for fans..... Thinking mainly of TB Rays in Baseball who I can see moving on soon. I wouldn't mind Chicago though or NY.

But after following Texan sports teams since 97 I couldn't see myself supporting another team.

If they made a London Franchise I would try and get a season ticket but if they played Dallas in particular or Houston I would have to cheer the road team.

Miami would be good. good colleges in Florida, women, night life, and the weather to play golf 12 months of the year, nice courses too. Not a long plane ride to NY and close to the Bahamas. Can see why they all got to Florida to retire.
