... THIS MATCH COULD GO ANYWAY AND IS A NO BET FOR ME. WOULDN`T BE SURPRISED IF BEARS WON EASY, WOULDN`T BE SURPRISED IF COWBOYS WON EASY. ANYBODY GOT A STRONG OPINION IN THE GAME? IF SO, LET US HEAR IT.
I'm with the Bears tonight, if this was the first game of the season I reckon Bears would be about -4.0, yes they've lost a few but they've all been against teams you'd expect them to lose against. The Cowboys are in a bit of decline imo, and the home field will advantage Bears (obviously). Also, i've been reading rumours surrounding Romo too that the screws in his back have been giving him some grief and the cold temperatures certainly won't do him any favours tonight. I could go on, but I can't be arsed. Hope you've taken something from my post!
Just my opinion, but there's enough in it for me to go on the home team.

Thanks roy. I would agree with your opening statement that Bears would be fav if played earlier in the season. If Chicago can establish a run game, they could win, but more importantly their defence has to stop the pass, which they are ranked 30th against. And then there is Romo and December. You`ve convinced me, I`ll have a go on the Bears @ 2.8 - much more interesting if one has a bet. If they get an early lead one can always trade out one`s stake for a FREE bet. Good luck.

And I like Jeffry and Marshall at WR. They could have a big day if Bears, Forte in particular, can run the ball and open up the passing game. Worst scenario is that Chicago falls well behind early. We all know what will happen then. Cuttler starts forcing the ball and gets intercepted and intercepted and ...............

It's all possible, even likely but at the prices if you're having a bet on the game - it has to be Bears. I also recall reading about Dallas having a poor December record if you're into trends, I try not to take them too serious though!

I dunno guys but think you are taking a leap of faith backing the bears in current form. Cowboys are 5-0 on the road this year. Saying that Romo was going down last week before even getting close to hit which would say the screw giving him trouble has some substance. But for me it has to be the cowboys on the hcp especially with everything to play for. In Jay Cutler I do (NOT) trust

Fair points Phantom, but how many times do we see a team or a player "have" to win, and the pricing strategy goes out of the window just on that basis? Just because they have to, doesn't mean they're going to :)

Enjoy mightymac I am reluctantly against you as I have noticed your a good man to pick em on here.
True Roy but I expected the Cowboys to be giving up a couple more points however. I am just basing my decision on how bad the bears have become. To give up 30 plus points to an offence that was struggling in Detroit's does not augur well.

No bet for me, if I was betting though would back the Bears....
Forte carried just 4 times last week, reckon he could gash the Cowboys like McCoy did.... Hope I'm wrong though

I was thinking that the Bears should have gone for that 4th and 1 because it's only a matter of time until their defence gives up a big play anyway. They blew the punt instead.

Spot on analysis mr phantom - well done mate. You worked it out 100% - Chicago have gone.
Mind you, If Forte hadn`t turned that ball over 1st drive 2nd half it would have been a lot closer - Bears would only have been beaten by 21pts probably, lol. Cheers!
