THU:Chicago at Detroit - lay the Lions: 0.35 point to win 1 point THU: Seattle at SF - back Seattle: 1 point to win 1.1 point SUN: New England at GB - lay GB: 1 point to win 1.5 point
If Chicago beat The Lions I will ride around Coventry naked on a white horse!
Again I wouldn't bet against the Packers particularly at home when there is a polar vortex in town! Not saying Patriots are not a better team either!
My only concern now is that you have backed Seattle, ordinarily I would too but now I have to think about it!

Good start by the bears (my finger hovered over 1.8 at one point but fought the urge) but easily handled by the Lions. Stafford back to form against the sorry Bears D. Loss of 0.35
Didn't stay up for the Seahawks but nice to get on the board. Win 1.1
Balance +0.75
for the best team in the NFL at the moment 2.6 (which is where the Pats started earlier this week) is a remarkable price. It's the best value IMO since they were even longer priced to go to Indianapolis and win a couple of weeks ago).

Had Pitts as 1.8 shots - so happy enough to lay 1.5x. Steelers too inconsistent to be that short against a fellow mid-rank side - they've just scraped past the Titans and lost to the Jets in their last 2. Not exactly top notch form. Agree the home field advantage may make a difference which is why I had 'em as odds on.

Going to have a drink and watch the Packers, will have to tape Homeland. Got my Thanksgiving doggie bag ready to be warmed up. Americans in London do put on a good spread! The only problem is that most don't watch football ( speaking in the American vernacular! ). Got plenty of football ( back to English ) bets running till 9pm so today should be a feast.
Patriots are probably a better all round side but I am hoping the Polar Vortex will count for something and at least the crowd will not put off the Packers Offence ( I don't normally apply words like offence to sport buy I guess I have bought into the programme ).

Was going to say the O has looked pretty poor on the road at times but today look well on top. Strange game! I expected more of the Pats but let's see. It is cold baby!

The handicap is now 10.5 on Bet365. That may offer you the best out. You dont have to try and win it all back either. reduce the loss...unless of course you think Pats can win

Haha, was just typing to say i think i might have missed the 10.5 after that score! More of what i expected from the pats on offence, have to persist to try and run the ball.

Surprised Bellichick didn't go run heavy from the start, like they played against the Colts..... defending power running game is a big Packers achilles heel

I have eaten a pile of turkey, pumkin, sweet potato and the like. Had a couple of glasses of vin and a number of my bets have come in. I am just going to enjoy the FOOTBALL! of course I will only enjoy it as long at Packers win! No more betting tonight! Good luck to you though

I like +10.5 Pats earlier! it was there for a few seconds!
Hinges of battle!Let's hope that call wasn't a game changer.Who would have money on this game?I like +10.5 Pats earlier! it was there for a few seconds!
I am struggling to understand how we still have a ball game here. If it was a boxing match it might have been stopped several times in the first half. GB may rue not finishing Pats off

.......regardless of result here - if they meet in Superbowl - I think Patriots win, feel unusually strongly about this - just hope I remember this if the time comes
Hope Packers get through - should do

I got a millionaire sister-in-law in Arizona and she is a WI gal so I am going to play the card if it gets that far although another night at the Sports Cafe will be fun too but the desert is beautiful in February!

Cannot believe GB never went odds against! Go figure. It could have gone either way. Pack could have won the game in the first half. Feel sorry for anybody on Pats as there wasn't much opportunity to play the odds but they should have taken a small hit imho after seeing rogers set off like an exocet.
Going to watch Homeland now. Supposed to be one of the best episodes ever.

Falcons (home), Bills (away), Bucks (away), Lions (home) - you never know on any given Sunday and all that but barring Rogers breaking his collarbone or serious injuries to the offensive line, I can only see them winning out. Even if they lost one, chances are with 12 wins they would still get the top seed. I can't see Arizona winning two more games let alone three.
I do think the Seahawks will put the Eagles back in their box next week, it will be men against boys - the Cowboys were just horrible all over the pitch on Thanksgiving starting with the play calling. But the Seahawks have a harder schedule than the Pack. I still think the NFC East will come down to the Cowboys game at Phili as well, just my opinion.
Hope you all well Judge.

Think pack get the number 1 seed, although a resurgent seattle might cause them problems in the playoffs even at lambeau, I think seattle sneak as as no 2 imo. Can't really see past the pats and broncos for the afc.

Looking back Packers left a lot of points on the field .....the Pats not so.
The Packers O line which has been iffy has really come together the last 5 or 6 weeks.
Would like to see the Packers play Seattle at Lambeau in Championship game.

I still think the Saints are the potential jokers in the pack in the NFC but obviously they have blown their chances of a high seed. At some point, the defence might get back on the same wavelength like last season and the 5 touchdowns today might just get their juices flowing. They also have a relatively easy schedule and I could see them winning out going into the playoffs as the momentum side. I think New England will reach the Superbowl, I have no doubts about that in my mind. I just think this Denver side bottle it when the going gets tough - they almost did it against Indy earler in the season they were there for the taking but Indy lacked the belief. I don't think Indy don't have the defence and from what I have seen they have got schooled by Brady in recent years - I can only see the Pats at the Superbowl myself.

shame TB failed v Cinc with 12 men on the field when in field goal range. New England also a bit frustrating - slow start to trail 13-0 with a lot of penalties the first Q.
Tonight: Lay Miami 1 point to win 2.6 points. Back over 41.5 points 0.5 point to win 0.5 point
