larsson - trouble is I can probably list a dozen that used to turn up on in play threads that just aren't here any more. For instance Harry22 seemed a biggish player and posted a lot, but I haven't spotted him in a while. Also, there is a knockon effect of a diminishing number of posters. I don't look in on N American anywhere near as much as I used to.

lots of online suppliers, I read reviews and just try various suppliers, some specialists
just google raw cocoa or raw chocolate, I look for deals and special offers coz it gets expensive go for ecudor, peru mostly, you can find perfectly good stuff on Amazon though |
