What are Megatron and the rest of the Detroit Lions' receiving corp going to do to this Jets' secondary? Yes, you guessed I, they are going to shred it. The jets were absolutely horrible on MNF against the Bears and if Jay Cutler was any good then the Bears could have won by loads more. Not only was the Jets secondary horrible but they were also horrible on offense. The Lions front four will be confident of stopping the run so it will be up to Gino Smith to beat them in the air. And I'll take that chance any day of the way.
Yes the Lions are not great on the road but they are better than the Jets. The Jets are average and getting worse and they are going to struggle stopping the many Lions' weapons on offense.

Anyone falling for the Chicago Bears hype wants to have a right good look at themselves. Their defence is still dreadful and Rogers is going to torch this all day long. Green Bay simply own the Bears in recent times. Cutler us Cutler and he will be is usual dreadful self before long. In a shoot out I would take Rogers any day of the week. He loves beating the Bears and beating the bears he will.

While I think the Eagles have got lucky so far this season and their luck will run out tonight, I'm not sure I can completely trust the Niners yet after two error strewn performances. But one bet I do like is the Niners -3 on the 1st half spread, the Niners are scoring the vast majority of their points in the 1st half of games and just can't get it going in the 2nd half where as the Eagles are the exact opposite......the Eagles struggle early on before grinding teams down in the second half.

MASSIVE BET ON THE 49ers -3 ON THE FIRST HALF SPREAD

Anyone else falling for this Cowboys love-in? No me neither. Ok the Saints have been disappointing so far but they should have won both road games so far. I like that this is indoors and Saints have won here a few times in recent years. And you just get the feeling the Saints offense is going to really click at some point. Dallas D has played better than many thought it would but it's still dreadful and Brees will shred it tonight. Trust the Saints to get it right tonight.

Oh how long is a week in this sport. The Panthers were all the rage to beat the Steelers last week and now they are friendless against the Ravens. And they are receiving more than a field goal on the spread? Wtf? The Panthers are not a bad team overnight despite playing really poorly last week. And the Panthers have a great record at bouncing back from poor results in recent years. The Ravens really struggled against the Bengals' D and this Panthers' D is similar. I'm more than happy to roll in with gone Panthers here.
