the correct call there is 3 everytime, total mug team
By:
Maybe if they had a better kicker, would have been 46/47
By:
.... and I didn't care if they made it....punt, in my view, would actually have showed more confidence. Not a "brave" call, at all - betrays elements of desperation. Saints, all huff and puff, big bombs and bravado

Can;t go into a play-off without the ability to kick FG's, this is painful
By:
By:
yeah I get that, but even not playing many games hes only got a season long of 46
By:
TD before half time please
By:
Seahawks playing very well. TD here and ball first in 2nd half - might get 40 winks in before next match
By:
VERY SURPRISED they never kicked the field goal.....the first points are always the hardest, this being magnified in the play offs.
Surprised that Lynch agreed with the call as well. |

Wilson is pure dynamite

By:
great D
By:
3 FGs
By:
Right result just conceding the field goal there
By:
need one more tho

By:
that's a really good effort from the saints to force the fg.
By:
The missed FG and the 4th down shenanigans are massive right now. 16-0, instead of 16-6, with a chance at another 3 or 7 before HT.
By:
... strangely, the Saints are probably not too unhappy here. Have been bossed (again)....but still in there, as others have said mainly FGs for Seahawks, and Saints can strike with their bombs...but they have played so conservatively - might get to the stage where they have to go downfield, sh1t or bust type of thing - may be better off. They are no match for Seahawks in general play...need big individual plays imo.
By:
wonder home many times the Saints have been shut out in a half?
By:
backed saints +14.5 - not sure what to do here... red out or wait... if Seahawks go further ahead I could be struggling to take anything of my stake back. Saints must go for it more this quarter so tempted to gamble for some decent drives...

By:
.... this is obviously still on. Stop or turnover on Seahawks first possession and things change......I'm now zero on Seahawks (who I confidently tipped
), and medium green on Saints, but that's just the way it went from the way I operate....but as I said, it's big bombs and turnovers required for the Saints, they don't match-up outside of that. |
By:
The way the Seahawks are playing on both sides of the ball it's going to take a turnaround on a par with the Colts last week for NO to win this now
By:
Need to be within 2 TDs going into the 4th. The Saints are superbowl winners, the Hawks aren't. A 2 TD game with playoff nerves and anything can happen.

By:
Harvin is OUT
By:
desperate for points this drive
By:
Why would Saints just be able to turn it on in the 4th Qtr if they can't move the ball in the first 45 mins?
By:
If the Saints go in here would you go for 2?
By:
... if they did go in, I would have
By:
Laid a bit at 1.1. Really wanted 1.03 end of first half but didn't happen. saints D on top, just need the offence to make a play.
By:
... jeez, Saints, any chance of a 1st down.... lucky to even get to punt

Gotta love an unsportsmanlike conduct on a 3rd and long.
By:
Quite obviously touched in the backfield there
By:
If I was a head coach I'd sack someone on the spot for that penalty
By:
go for it?
By:
it was a fumble but too stupid to be true getting in the ref's face
By:
yep
By:
Hard count here
By:
Chicken Moore there - should have laid out for it
Saints don't want to know tonight |
By:
desperation written all over that play
