No one knows the NFL rules, even those who make them. Just go with it.

Am I the only person who doesn't understand why that is a safety?

No touchback because no Colts player ever had possession

Ball went out the back of the EZ so it's a safety

That seemed a massive f*ck up by the Pats?

4th down, overthrown, tackled on own 1 yard line?

Now I know they've got 2 points but now they are back on there own 20 yard line and likely to score 0 points off this drive?

Don't understand how that works or seems fair? Could have scored a TD if they'd grounded him or forced him to the end zone?

0 book by the way just an observation, for such a f*ck up the Pats seem to have done well out of it?

2 points and having to go the length of the field is worse than getting the ball with no points in the field position.

But didn't the Punter attempt a pass from outside the end zone, in which case it was batted down by Indy?

Wasn't ruled a pass, was ruled a fumble

Great game, but it is a stupid game really. Things like this, and finishing games with those crazy kneels does my head in. How is kneeling not a delay of game? In any other sport such an act would never be allowed.

coudnt be a touchback cos it was not indy ball,it was a ne fumble, its a safety or indy ball on the ne 2

Really hope the Colts score, traded out for no reason otherwise, because the rules are fkn stupid Angry

I agree Rhino. Don't understand it.

Surely the Colts would rather go from the 4th down f*ck up position of Pats 40 yard line than having to start on there own 20.

Got 2 points but as I said awful field position. Would rather have the ball on the 40 yard line for the 90% chance of 3 and chance of the TD.

For such a f*ck up the Pats seem to have done well out of it.

Worst part is the Pats have time to score and start with possession in the 2nd half.
