Are you talking about with a sports book? If the line is under/over 41 and the result is exactly 41 then it is a "push", i.e. all stakes are returned.

Cheers Knight.. yeah I know the push rules.. but no mention of them in that games rules.. layed over 1.01 when it was exactly 41 with 9 mins left.. and thought I had had a touch.. when in fact I could never have won.Oh Well....
