Who is better than them then? No team in the East or North is better than them. We'll find out in Week 13 if the Saints are better and they are already 2-0 in the division with the weakest of the 4 teams left to play

Green Bay match up very well against the Hawks. As was proved when they beat them in Seattle last year but the replacement refs seemed to be only ones who thought it was a Hawk TD and awarded them a win.
Green Bay strong against run. Got a strong running game now. Receivers (when fit) able to deal with their secondary) and a QB who is as good on the run as he is in the pocket |

I agree with Mr M and Clay. The Seahawks have to play away from home and get the job done to win the Superbowl, i just see them falling short away from home. For example in last season's play offs Washington had them on toast before RG3 had to play on one leg, people seem to forget that.
Assuming they are relatively healthy, I would fancy Green Bay to take the Seahawks home or away in the play offs. But then i fancy the Pats to take Denver should they meet in the divisional game in the AFC ![]() |

The Seahawks will be next to impossible to beat in Seattle if they get the No.1 seed. They are currently on an 11-game winning streak at home and if they beat the Saints at home in Week 13 then they can probably afford to lose to the 49ers the week after and still get the No.1 seed.
On the road is a different story however although they have showed this season already that they are a lot better on the road than they traditionally have been At the moment they are the NFC team to beat IMO |

seahawks will win NFC.
they have a very easy schedule when you look at it. The only team that can beat them i think in the NFC are the Packers if they are fit and healthy. I think they will struggle to win the SB though personally, esp in New York. |

if there is a more overrated team than the Hawks then I have yet to see them

I assume Mr Mischiefs post about Seattle being lucky last night was tongue in check and well Clay is... clay.
To anyone who watched the game last night, the gulf in class was huge and the only luck invovled was that it wasnt a blow out. However, whether seattle isgood enough to win the big one... I'm not sure. I hope they are but I will reserve judgement until after the falcons (away) 49ers (away) and saints (home) games are completed |

Swardean - wtf do u mean clay is well clay???

What I mean clay is you come on here with your black and white opinions when this sport is anything but.
Plus most forumite will admit they got it wrong. When it comes to Seattle and your partisan views, this does not seem to be the case. |

Leave Clay alone. He's been calling heads lately, and his coin is coming up heads. My worry is a bunch of people who don't know anything about the NFL wander in here looking for a bet. They see a coin flipper is doing well at the moment, maybe follow along. Funny thing about those point spread bettors, things seem to revert to the mean.
