The Browns to be leading the division that contains Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati...wow, just wow!!
When betting on this game it's worth pointing out that there is a 60% chance of thunderstorms in the Cleveland area tonight.
The Cleveland Browns completely shut down the potent offence of the Bengals last week and I think they will be confident they can do the same to the Bills tonight.
I really rate this Browns defense.
I respect the Bills running game, both CJ Spiller Fred Jackson are decent. Both have injuries and although both are likely to play, just how fit are they?
Bills WR Steve Johnson is also a massive threat. But the Browns secondary did a great job against the Bengals potent WR core.
Although rookie QB EJ Manuel has done well for the Bills so far this season, I'm not convinced by him. I thought he crumbled against the Jets' defence when they pressured him and I expect the same tonight with the Browns.
Brian Hoyer has been a sensation since taking over from Benjamin Button (LaughLaugh) at QB for the Browns. He can move the ball adequately through the air and is not making the same mistakes as Brandon Weddon. Travis Benjamin, Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron are all big threats and Hoyer has been finding them regularly.
When looking at the stats of this game the one thing that stood out for me is just how bad the Bills' run defence is. They give up 122 yards per game and are ranked 27th against the run in the NFL. And with the Browns threats in the WR department they can't just load the box and shut down the run. That is why I expect RB Willis McGahee to have a big night for the Browns. I wascalways a big fan of McGahee at Denver and he is a decent back who will prove to be a shrewd move for the Browns.
The Bills don't play consistently well at the point of attack, which leads to some occasional gashes up the middle. They're also prone to making mistakes in contain,  they allow too many runs to get outside, and they'll overrun cutback lanes and give up additional yardage. This is why I have backed McGahee to score anytime tonight, especially as rain is predicted and the run game will be even more important.
So the Browns have an excellent defense and an improving offense. What is not to like? While the Bills have lost their last four on the road.
BIG BET ON THE BROWNS -3 at 4-5
SMALL BET ON MCGAHEE ANYTIME TD SCORER AT 13-8

Think Bills could do well here. But being away from home,
You've got to fancy the Cleveland Browns at home with an immense attack force for the game.
Cleveland Browns -3 will come in, going to bet on it myself I think.

Hadn't heard about wilfork, truly a giant. Not good for my pats SB bet. Patriots always seem to overcome though.

Very good Clay but will leave the South American stuff to you.  Anyone staying up

Taking a chance by going to bed now for a couple of hours (wanted to go early) - then get up for NFL and maybe stay-up. Some very tasty WTA on - China Open QFs all good matches.

Strictly an in-play trader me (though have my thoughts on lines, but it just colours my trading approach), think Browns should win, but at around 1.55 I certainly won't be backing them as my opening position. Too skinny.

Looking forward to watching the Browns.

How can you honestly justify backing Cleveland at those odds? Bills beat them last 2 times and have had just as good a start to the season. Gotta take 2.6x just for the odds alone (not aftertiming)

Viva he is running out of pocket, he is fair game IMO

yeah, but helmet to helmet while he's sliding at that angle is just wrong. it's dangerous, and there's only one person getting hurt in that scenario so it's cowardly as well.

what did the comms say btw - I've got the sound down.

Neither sky or NFL network really criticised the defends. Always a tough one as unlike some I am all for qb protection in the pocket

that's 2 deliberate dangerous helmet to helmets imo. think the browns D may retaliate when they get back on the field.
